Game pausing
The game pauses after every play, no time ticks away, but everything is frozen for about two to three seconds and then starts working again. Does this in franchise mode, not sure about any others, I have not played them yet.

There was a small update today that might have fix this issue on Xbox X. If you are still experiencing this a tempoary fix is to delete your madden 26 profile. Once deleted don't back out goto your consoles home screen and quit the app. Warning this will reset all your settings, audible's, favorites etc.
I suspect this has something to do with adding plays to your favorites menu. Could be something with the playsheets. I don't use the playsheets and rely on my favorites instead. Let me know if you need a step by step on how to delete your madden 26 profile.
