H2H Not Accessible!

Playing on Xbox series X, can play H2H. Every time I try to get into the menu I get backed out and signed out of my EA Account. Why can’t I play!? This is my best game and now I can’t play competitive ball. Need to sort this out or EA and Madden is dead. Need Help!!
