How to refund EA Play?

I am playing Madden 26 on PC. Well playing would be an understatement since the game has not worked for online play for a good portion of October. Looking to find out how I can request a refund or who I can voice my complaints to since every time I try and create a case nothing goes through! Great game they got here.
