I just don't get it

I've played these CFB and NFL games for well over 15 years, and I'm seeing the graphics and play advance, but this late in the game (figuratively) why the developers can't get it right. I feel like we all watch the sport and know how it plays. Do they? Bugs to glitches . Glitches to bugs. I pay every year for these games, praying and hoping this is going to be the one, but said to say nope! I'm tired of not getting through a whole game because I quit when stuff happens that does not happen in real life. I don't play MUT. I like regular football like I watch Saturdays and Sundays. Once I figure how to upload videos from my gaming experiences, the world can see what I go through.
