IR players

why can teams cut and trade Injured players in real life, but in madden injured players are locked on teams? In the main menu edit roster section...

Can someone that works for EA? Please explain to me why they lock injured players on teams that's not how it works in real life.

In real life, teams are able to trade injured Players in real life teams are able to give players injury settlements and cut them. 

We should be able to have the option to shut off preexisting injuries. In the regular menu, not just franchise mode.
