So, on PlayStation 5 I am unable to play the 10 hour trial for Madden 26. i have a EA Play membership! I tried restarting the console, rebuilding the database and clearing cache as well as contacting EA. What else should I try?!
I feel better knowing I'm not the only one who got screwed out of the 10 hour trial period. I don't even know why I keep paying for EA membership. I buy Madden and college football as soon as they come out, so to be able to play for free with the membership is kinda dumb
I know I'm late unfortunately but even though you preordered it you have to specifically go into the EA app and it will be under trials. You download that and your trial begins.
