Madden 26 fix issues bugs and lag

One of the biggest promotions of the year in the team of the year. Just one problem, cant play the team of the year events which of course holds a player at my level from reaching goals associated with the upgrade tokens. There is a set for a free 97 over all player for ten tokens that I can not reach because I do not have the skill level to compete in the head to head event. Can't complete challenges tied into the events therefore potentially not being able to reach the end of the team of the year pass. The cpu events are lagging so badly that it is physically slow motion. As a player that paid the 100 dollar's for madden when it dropped all I ask is to be able to play the game lag free and to be able to reach the goals I have set for myself this year in ultimate team. I tried watching hours of streams in order to receive promised packs and of course it does not work to track my time watching therefore does not reward me my packs and tokens. I tried reaching out to ea multiple time's where as they did not lift a single figure to help me resolve my issues. I am very upset and have spent my fair share on the game and packs this year which will not continue due to poor customer support. I will not ever be purchasing another madden game after this year. With plenty of time to see to it that people are not getting ripped off they choose to do nothing and I will not be participating in it any longer after this year.
