Madden 26's online mode was banned by EA

This afternoon, while playing Madden 26, I bid on a Brock Bowers card with an 87 rating in the auction house. I clicked the price twice and then experienced a network issue and was logged out. I logged back in and tried to buy the card, but someone else outbid me. EA refunded me twice. I didn't use the gold, and later that evening, I discovered I was banned from playing Madden 26 online. I'd like to know why. This seems to be a bug in your game, not mine.

    I was also banned for no reason. Lost the regular season too many times to count, finally won last night and got banned. Spent extra money on early access and purchased $100’s of dollars in coins from EA just to get booted for winning. Sent support tickets just to get ignored. It’s very disappointing to see how EA treats their supporters.

    Is there no way to expedite a ban for no reason besides waiting a month for the team to respond? My friend's account got banned for no reason and he has put $1,000 into the game, this seems like horrible business

    If you're not lying, a month is ridiculous; basically, I got robbed, lol.
