- Start as assistant gm and work up to gm
- Weekly radio show playing during franchise mode when you’re in the menu or doing practice drills to build up anticipation
- Custom divisions (realignment)

- More highlights in weekly recap, only showing 3 or 4 games with one highlight currently. Look at what they did with 2K5. Should be similar to that.
- Make it feel alive building up to the games for the week, having a radio or tv show with a “local” host talking about the team and what’s going on around the league and fans calling in would be cool, I think NCAA 06 had this feature
- FA signing should resemble CFB recruiting
- Re create classic games

- Players should react quicker to scrambling QBs, currently they only go after them once they cross the LOS before that they just stand in place and by the time they react, it’s way too late
- Contract negotiations should be a mini game with the players agent
