Madden NFL 26 for the Switch 2 Feedback

Madden NFL 26 for the Switch 2 has noticeable frame drops on the system, with the game hovering around 30FPS or lower, while commentary feels like it speaks after plays, not during plays. This is 2025! 30FPS is no longer an acceptable FPS for most triple A developed games, the cause? I think is EA pushing to make the port look about the same as its PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S counterparts graphics wise. But what it does is sacrifice performance, especially in gameplay, loading times, and especially cut scenes. If we want a good port on the Switch 2. EA is gonna have to tone down the graphics and visuals a bit, while keeping all the cool lighting and shade, so we can keep a constant 60FPS. I don’t think anybody is really gonna care.

Madden 26 isn’t pushing the Switch 2 hardware at all graphically. This is just a very sloppy port with countless issues, and a list of bugs that gets longer the more you play it and find them.

it is completely unplayable online. The server lag is so bad, the okay click is running out before I can even select a play. That isn’t an exaggeration
