I had the same experience on Christmas Eve. So disappointing. I spent money on game in store etc. and they took it all! I feel so violated. I’m giving up on ea as well. My gamer tag is wreckedclockwork I’ll try to attach my case. And I too requested the data subject access. And how to get in touch with their arbitration team. Noawnser. Did your 1st email state “ban” in the email and your case state “warning “ inside your ea account?
