so... what the actual heck is this rating? 91 speed on the WR who ran the fastest 40 at the combine among WRs... that fact alone is sickening, but what's even more crazy is the fact that there are 17 OTHER ROOKIE WIDE RECIEVERS WITH A HIGHER SPEED RATING AND A WORSE 40 TIME.  absolutely unacceptable and unexplainable, the rating needs to get fixed immediately. 97 speed sounds fair, considering that Xavier Worthy ran a slightly faster 40 his rookie year and got a 98.
