Missing content begging for help

I have had 6 LTD dissapear from my account since yesterday. No help from ea support . No help in forums. Everything opens tomorrow. And something that the game messed up on. Can't be fixed by the time they release. I will personally pay a dev just so I can get my case expedited. Please it's Christmas .

More than likely gonna have to wait for em to be back in office. And that could be up to the 2nd. Mostly because they just basically have things set in a timer. They don't have to be in the office to drop em. They can just set it and forget it. They may be in office Monday
