Can anyone confirm that maintenance has been performed on the servers? The game is pretty much unplayable since the title update!

Not issued premium rewards
After finishing one of the solo challenges some premium rewards came up but I was unable to receive any because a lock was on the badge. I don't see them anywhere else.
