Missing Solo Champ Permium Rewards

Here it does it again. This time allowing me to receive one of the rewards but not the other.  It appears to be the same type of rewards group, meaning not a special events rewards

TokraJafa​ Hey, thanks for the images and for reporting this. So, depending on the system, there can always be a delay. Or, you have more packs in your inventory waiting to be opened, so you do not see it, but you do see the other one. If it doesn't show up within 24 hours of that match, you'll need to reach out to support so they can review the logs.

That is not something we can do here. Typically, just playing a different mode and going in and out of MUT servers or different modes helps sync the game. If it does not, then just message Live Support, and they will go through your logs and let you know what is happening.

Thanks for responding I'll give it a try but I have yet to have any success with support. I always end up in a loop with an Ai. Any help would be appreciated. I've also seen the message about the free 99 LTD because of the problems last week but again nothing received or even seen to access it. Thanks again
