Need to be able to report cheaters

We need to able to report cheaters, its gettering out of hand with dysnc and people lagging out games on purpose, plus we can't report them for racial slurs either. EA letting people get away with things cause they dont want to deal with it, it needs to stop, people put to much money into this for EA just to ignore this bull crap.
