No headsets on created coaches

Yep, like the title reads, STILL no headsets on created coaches. They communicate to their staff through telepathy... for added realism. 

Always looks like some fan wandered onto the sideline and is talking to himself in cut scenes between plays. 

MUT running smooth, though? Gosh, I hope so.
