Online H2H unplayable

Have been unable to play Online h2h since August 28th. I don’t know how it’s possible to have a player base alienated like this it’s honestly nasty. “Our servers cannot process your request at this time” since August 28th. How does it take so long to fix something so small. I paid $100 to not be able to play the game man. Completely unacceptable. I need someone to reach out to me for a refund. This is not right

Yup, this right here. Trying to figure out why I paid that much for a game the devs aren't even bothered to fix. Online H2H is unplayable with the stutter every snap, and the delay in key inputs. Takes a whole second delay to throw the ball or turn the player left or right. It SUCKS right now.
