Opened presents - game crashed- snow gone but no present

I've just been opening presents on MUT however it crashes. I've just noticed that I just packed a frozen yeti present however my game crashed, as I loaded back in that present is gone however my snow is also gone.

 I'm sure this isn't the first present this has happened to so I would appreciate if those presents that I'm missing are actually back in my account
