Outside zone completely broken this year
There's a laundry list of things wrong with this play in Madden 26.
- Lineman have horrible footwork and don't run the right assignments. They never peel off to the 2nd level to block scraping LBs either front side or back side. They rarely get impact blocks while defenders are smashing them all over the place with the "new features" it's just unbalanced right now.
- TEs useless in the run game. Like literally...useless.
- Can't see the play are (Alana college football). This is a dumb decision. We need the info.
- Can't "ID the Mike" or "untarget a defender" to make adjustments to the run game. And yet, this too is in the college game. Make it make sense.
Look I get it, this play was spammed ALOT in the past few years. But you've gone too far the other way with it.
