Pending pre order

topthree6​ A pending purchase means that an order has been placed but has not been processed. There isn't a way to push that through. Depending on the bank side of the transaction, these can take up to 72 hours at the most. If this were done today, please give it time to process.

If the transaction does not go through, you should contact Live Support and have them look at the purchase to see why it is pending.

If this was purchased through the Xbox, you would need to reach out to them. Those transactions go through their marketplace and not the EA app, so we would not see what is happening with that transaction specifically.
