PS5 CE-108255-1 CRASH

I cannot play a mut 26 game. I cant even load into a solo challenge ive tried everything

delete and redownload game

clear cache

delete all saved data

rebuilt data bade

hard system reset

My friends have logged on my account and had the same issue so its not my console

nothing works i still have the same error code(CE-108255-1) i dont know what to do.

I am currently having the same issue but on Xbox, please refer to my post and like and comment on it and verify if you receive the same issue

Please reset my profile madden community manager!! I still get kicked off head to head online every time l for error code CE-108255-1. 

Still getting kicked off for CE-108255-1 almost everytime I play. Your chat says to put in on the forum every time i try and deal with this for an expert who will reply to me when fixed. I listed this 19 days ago have no fix and no replies. Refund my money. This is absurd. 

My game has been crashing with this error code since i bought the game. After the new update its worse than ever. Lucky to make it 5 minutes before the crash. Happens in head to head and Franchise (haven't tried any other modes) Ive submitted endless tickets. Done all the fixes. EA Help chat says I need to put in on the Forum. This is my 4th forum entry on it with no replies and no help. Someone at EA please help me!
