QB Cadences out of the game - Outdated

How is it that Caleb Williams and other younger QBs have their cadences in the game yet Jordan Love being a 3rd year starter STILL doesn't have his in the game?

Not to mention the videoboards in Lambeau Field being 4 years outdated now, no lightshow runout, it seems very targeted against the Packers. 

Surely it can't be that hard to add Jordan's cadence and the current video boards.
