Refund please on two versions madden 26

Switch 2 online multiplayer was worst ever, very laggy, unfinished game as usual.  Will keep ea product out of household once again  period!

Would like full refund for ps5 madden 26 and switch 2 version ( figured that one might of been better since it's technically the newest system, to my dismay complete opposite, it rushed product just out for a quick cash grab year after year.)
