Superstar mode issue. Some of our services could not be accesed

So I purchased the Madden 26 game on Steam, and had played a bit, then deleted the game, reinstalled it shortly after, and switched Steam accounts for my little brother (EA accs aswell), completely forgot that the game itself is tied to another accounts (Steam and EA) and tried to launch it. So when I launch it, first of all, it cuts my Internet connection (wired connection though), and secondly, there is an issue, I can not, for some reason, play Superstar mode. It returns "Some of our services could not be accesed, please try again." What do I do? Please, help me out.
