This Game Is Really Bad

The inconsistencies in this game kill me, there are days where I have a smooth, fun experience. Then there are also days where it feels like everything that could possibly go wrong, goes wrong. Late game fumbles in the red zone, my defense getting **bleep** cooked in one on one situations, tight ends creating separation like Tyreek Hill, receivers not getting their feet in bounds on a crucial 4th down, dropped picks etc. Like why the hell is this game so luck and animation based? I honestly have a hard time telling if players are good or not because most of them play the same and there's so much lucky **bleep** that happens. How do I overcome the **bleep**?
