Tight End Run blocking is awful

I'm trying not to exaggerate, but this one is pretty clear. TEs are AWFUL in the run game. 

1. They stick too long in double teams, completely ignoring the LB or safety scaping over the top.
2. They not only get completely STONED in head up matchups, but often times get blown back into the backfield. Especially on outside runs. 
3. They OFTEN take bad steps where they end up not blcokg anybody at all. 

It's really bad and before anyone says, "TEs should block as well as o lineman", I'm talking about George Kittle here. The best blocking TE in the game and even he's looking real bad in this game. 

As much as folks have complained about run blocking, the TEs are the absolute worst.
