FIX YOUR **bleep** GAME!!!! CANT MOVE MY CONTROLLER ICON TO A TEAM

This if the 4th time now that I've had to restart a franchise because every time I go to play my week one game, it lags out or glitches out and doesn't allow me to select a team at the team selection menu before entering the game. Ive tried restarting the game and console and switching controllers. Nothings fixing it and im getting sick of it. Do better. Idk if its happening on offline mode or just online leagues. But its happening whether i play with a friend or by myself. Heres a picture of how the controller is stuck in the middle of two teams and wont allow me to play my game in week 2. This franchise let me play week 1 but now its not letting me play week 2.
