Twitch Drop Bug

Im confused because I claimed them last night after I got off the stream, I got home from work today and checked my Madden account and nothing was on there. I went and checked twitch and (the pic i took) i saw that it says i “didnt claim it”. Has anyone else have this problem too? I’m just annoyed because I watched for like two hours lol. (this is my second time posting this in a couple days because there ain’t no way I really spent my time for no reason.😭)
