Week 16 Roster Update

When is the Week 16 Roster update coming out...? I get that Last Thursday was Christmas, but its now Monday. Most of the Week 17 games have been played and we still don't have a Week 16 update. If there was going to be a delay why no message, tweet, or forum stating this and an expected release date?
