Who else got the wrong rank card

same here. I been waiting since 9:15 am with no reward 2 hours later i played a game mind you last Ranked should be OVER and it demoted me to hero with the reward for hero for what should have been game #1 for this Ranked. Where is my 90? I was CHamp when it ended I was watching it it said 1 min to go then the mode disappeared. when it came back there was no reward just saying I was still in Champ. 2 hours later I was tired of waiting I played a game and lost and I got demoted to hero III and the reward for last Ranked as an 89 pack. Please fix this EA
