Who else in here was robbed/scammed by EA?

I have not received what i paid for and dont even get me started on there bonus rewards that you never see. I made a purchase and did not receive it. Ive been playing for over a decade and they would not make it right. I kept sending them the info and they kept giving me the run around. Finally i gave up and am no longer going to be making anymore purchases. After being such a long time player they could care less.  Over 5 bucks! I wonder how many CHILDREN ARE BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE BY THEM IF ME AS AN A ADULT CANT GET ANYWHERE WITH THEM.  THERES NO LOYALTY!!!!!!
