Cannot Play H2H when on the same network

This has been an issue since Madden 25. My students are on school network playing in one of our labs. They cannot play each other in play a friend H2H and if they get matched against each other in regular H2H matchmaking the game fails to load. We are on PC, everything is updated and correct. The game freezes and crashes.
