[PC] MUT 26 Online Stutter at Fixed Interval (~2s) – Likely Sync Issue?
I’m trying to figure out if anyone else on PC is dealing with this because at this point I’ve ruled out just about everything on my end. Whenever I play MUT 26 online (Head-to-Head or Draft), I get a consistent stutter roughly every 2 seconds. It’s not random lag—it’s like a rhythmic freeze/hitch that happens over and over, making the game completely unplayable. What’s strange is that: Solo challenges and all CPU modes run perfectly smooth No FPS drops during the stutter (frame rate stays stable) No packet loss or latency warnings show up in-game Happens every single online match, regardless of opponent Troubleshooting I’ve already done: Wired Ethernet connection (stable, no issues in other games) Updated GPU drivers to latest Rolled back GPU drivers to a known stable version (12/18/2025) Disabled on-field visual feedback (community suggestion) Capped FPS to 120 and switched to borderless windowed Cleared DirectX shader cache Fully reinstalled the game System specs: i7-14700K RTX 3080 64GB DDR5 (6600 MT/s) NVMe SSD Windows fully updated At this point, it really feels like something tied to online synchronization or netcode rather than a performance issue. The fact that the stutter is happening at a consistent interval (~every 2 seconds) makes me think it’s not typical lag. I also don’t have this issue in any other online game, so it seems specific to Madden/MUT online modes. Has anyone else run into this? If so: Did you find a fix? Is this a known issue on PC? Any settings or workarounds I might’ve missed? I purchased the deluxe edition of madden through gamestop. it had me use the code on origin which is now the ea app. everytime I go to load madden it just loads the opening screen for the game and then just doesnt actually open the game. the ea app wont launch the game. is anyone else having this issue or figured out a fix?Madden 26 crashing.
I recently tried to launch Madden 26 on Steam but it had crashed and gave me a crash report handler. it’s started a C:\ProgramData\eaanticheat\CrashDumps\PACKER_56661812_13276.dmp file and i do not know what to do. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the anti cheat multiple, i have viewed file integrity, and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game itself. i really wanna play my game but not even contacting EA themselves works. Having an issue with Madden 26 on PS5 when loading its shows "MISCSERVICEGATEWAY_ERR_SYSTEM" then after a while its says "CONNECTION LOST". After signing back in and loading MUT, would see "Our servers cannot process your request at this time" before going back to "CONNECTION LOST".
Losing Connection to EA servers shortly after loading up game.
A few minutes after loading up M26, I lose connection to the EA servers and I am unable to reconnect. This has been happening all weekend. I am unable to play in my Online Franchise League. I bought the game in Steam...I've tried just starting on the EA app, but its still the same result. Please help.Madden 26 Teambuilder issue
small issue but it's infuriating considering we paid money for the game and some of us only play Franchise and use Teambuilder as a way to have a custom franchise. The helmet banners and chinstraps are appearing chrome/black in game instead of white (or any other color you choose) that it shows in Teambuilder. It even shows correctly in the preview in Download Center in game, but when you download the team and start a franchise, then play a game or view players in Adjust Lineup, the chinstraps and banners are chrome/black. It takes away from what our team is supposed to be. In Madden 25, the chinstraps and banners would automatically default to the color of your helmet. Initially in M26, it was working fine and no issues, but just in the past week this glitch has surfaced, PLEASE FIX OR I WILL NEVER PURCHASE MADDEN AGAIN UNTIL EA Loses the rights. It's ridiculous, .I'm so tired of being patient with this nonsense. Get TEAMbuilder right or remove it altogether. It's not fair to your customers and we're tired of the constant glitches. You also need to add more features like shoulder stripes (think NE Patriots, LSU tigers, etc.), sock stripes (Think Browns, etc.), and fix the sock issue (I make the undersocks blue and base white, ONLY one color shows up). What's the point of having the sock option in customization with no sock, low, med, high when it ALWAYS defaults to one style for the WHOLE TEAM. It's ridiculous. GET IT RIGHT EA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GET A REFUND BUT ITS TOO LATE. PLEASE FIX AND MAKE THESE IMPROVEMENTS.Audio Lose?
I’ve been trying to search for a solution to the audio disappearing when the gameplay window isn’t in focus. I stream and commentate over madden gameplay, but i want to incorporate the crowd, on field noises, etc. I’ve tried every possible solution and it’s come to me that it might be a hardcode thing inside of the frostbite engine. Another thing is, is that i can’t just be sitting in the madden window either. I multitask as i commentate, so im constantly in a different window which is what is cutting the audio off. This is my final attempt at trying to see if there is a possibility to fix this.
