Collectors series’ packs today are still not working in Madden 26

The game won't allow me to buy the 50% off collector series pack keep saying reach out to customer service

Having the same issue over here

Trying to buy Madden 26 Collectors Core Elite Pack for 350 points and i have message about “Unable to Complete transaction. Please contact customer service.”

i want to buy it cuz its a good deal but its been hours and many game and console restarts and it still won’t let me.  

Same it’s getting really dang annoying

Seriously though if you have a sale but no one can buy any of the items what’s the point?! The  collector series sale is broken still and you can’t buy  over half the items.
