Has anyone found a fix to this stutter on H2H MUT?

I know the PC version is a port, but this is just absurd, I've already disabled all my overlays, updated GPU drivers, disabled on field visual feedback, checked for RAM issues, and tried to launch game as administrator, and I know when on max settings I get 200+ at 3440x1440 but no matter what I do during every single h2h game I get this stutter that makes the game unplayable, no issues during solo challenges or vs the CPU
