Does EA know how long a quarter is?

I play on playstation and have also noticed this. I watch Yoboy Pizza play superstar and his also said 6 minutes but i’m also not sure if he has it set to that. I have no idea if this is an actual glitch or not. At first i thought it was because the preseason is almost a moments kind of thing, but it kept going into the season, hope they get it fixed soon
By now y’all probably noticed this, but incase you haven’t or anybody else that ends up coming here. Once I became a starter my quarter length changed to what I had it in settings as. It seems like until you’re a starter the game is kind of scripted which is why the quarters stay 6 minutes. It’s like playing moments in CFB26. Once a starter it’s just the usual XO grind with quests and your settings should be reflected at that time. Oh I’m on PlayStation 5 if that matters to anybody.
