EA… Please..

I have NEVER had a connection issue like this with your game. I thought deleting and redownloading it would work but, it did not. I do not understand what’s going on or if it is a genuine server problem but, this has never been something I've experienced until now. Please take a look at why PS5 players are having so many connection issues. It didn’t start happening to me until this recent update, maybe a bug tripped something up? I was on franchise earlier and streaming with no issues. I take a break to do some things come back to get some online games with a buddy in and have no access to my EA account. It says there are no issues within anything but from what I was reading from other’s perspectives and what they are dealing with I am not the only one experiencing this. PLEASE I BEG YOU FIX THE SERVERS
