eA help not helpful

Have reached out to EA help multiple times and submitted multiple tickets regarding not receiving my Madden Twitch drops for over a month and a half now .. I’m missing around 20 items I should have gotten at this point . And every agent I speak to says they can’t help and then quickly jumps off the text call . Insane this issue isn’t being fixed .

    I am in the same boat.   I thought this was suppose to be fixed last week so I waited at least 48 hours.   I have yet to receive a single pack from the twitch drops.    EA help support had nothing to offer in the way of help and said goto the forum and see if you can get help there.
