H2h online bug

Every time I try to join my friend into head to head it goes into the loading screen then kicks me to the main menu saying can’t connect to ea sports and I have very good stable internet and even tried with 3 different internet nat types and still has done it and when it lets me eventually gets in the match it doses it all over again after the match can kicks me back to the main menu
