Head coach locked, staff disappeared, no inner circle.

Just encountered this. I was playing a game with superstar QB attempting to do the lamar jackson challenge when i fumbled and recovered and the challenge reset during the game which wasn't finished yet. When the game did finish, i noticed my head coach locked, coaching staff  gone, teammates....everything gone, sphere of influence is empty. I looked at my other superstar run and my WR had same thing happen and i wasn't playing that, so far my HB is ok. I checked the forums couldn't find any similar issues and was wondering how to go about fixing this.
