Click into the game on EA app, then click Manage, Repair. Let that process finish then reboot and retry playing. If you continue to see an issue, please generate a Dxdiag report and post that here. We may be able to suggest some troubleshooting steps. Thank you. EA_Barry.

Thanks for the file. It seems you have issues unrelated to Madden 26 specifically. I have some troubleshooting steps: 

1. Disable XMP/EXPO completely and run the RAM at default speed.
2. Remove any CPU undervolt/overclock or similar tuning.
3. Run MemTest86, preferably several passes.
4. If MemTest86 reports errors, test:
   • one RAM stick at a time,
   • each slot where practical,
   • then the full kit at default settings.
5. Update BIOS and chipset drivers.
6. Repair Windows:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

then:

sfc /scannow

    7. Temporarily remove/disable third-party low-level software, particularly hardware monitoring, RGB, motherboard utilities and antivirus/security software.

would i have to do whats mentioned above if i purchased Madden 27? or would the settings i currently have be okay with that game

As any issue you currently have is not specifically related to Madden 26, you will see the same occurrences with Madden 27. I know that is a lot of troubleshooting but try each step, testing after each. You may not need to go through all the steps I posted. Thank you. EA_Barry.

I have figured it out. Thank you. Didn’t need the trouble shooting steps. In fact all I needed to do was close the program on the bottom right where it tells you the time and date. Thank you. Just incase you come across it in the future
