Server cannot process request

EA Sports, I’m extremely frustrated with the Madden 26 servers. Every time I try to play an online Head 2 Head game, I get an error saying that the servers cannot process my request. I’m trying to play a game mode that I should be able to access without constantly running into server issues.

Please address whatever is causing these connection and server problems. I’ve paid for the game and should be able to reliably access online Head 2 Head without being blocked by server errors. This has made the online experience incredibly frustrating and needs to be fixed.
