I can’t start a Madden game because it dysncs

Every time I try and start a Madden game it Dsyncs me from my game after it shows the Madden cards I have not been able to play since it started to happen and just spent more money on the game and can’t even enjoy it

Madden is crashing my Pc
Has anyone had problems with madden crashing their PC. Out of nowhere madden stop working properly. I can launch the game and after 2-3 minutes it will crash my whole Pc. please help if you can!!!
