Madden 26 Teambuilder issue
small issue but it's infuriating considering we paid money for the game and some of us only play Franchise and use Teambuilder as a way to have a custom franchise. The helmet banners and chinstraps are appearing chrome/black in game instead of white (or any other color you choose) that it shows in Teambuilder. It even shows correctly in the preview in Download Center in game, but when you download the team and start a franchise, then play a game or view players in Adjust Lineup, the chinstraps and banners are chrome/black. It takes away from what our team is supposed to be. In Madden 25, the chinstraps and banners would automatically default to the color of your helmet. Initially in M26, it was working fine and no issues, but just in the past week this glitch has surfaced, PLEASE FIX OR I WILL NEVER PURCHASE MADDEN AGAIN UNTIL EA Loses the rights. It's ridiculous, .I'm so tired of being patient with this nonsense. Get TEAMbuilder right or remove it altogether. It's not fair to your customers and we're tired of the constant glitches. You also need to add more features like shoulder stripes (think NE Patriots, LSU tigers, etc.), sock stripes (Think Browns, etc.), and fix the sock issue (I make the undersocks blue and base white, ONLY one color shows up). What's the point of having the sock option in customization with no sock, low, med, high when it ALWAYS defaults to one style for the WHOLE TEAM. It's ridiculous. GET IT RIGHT EA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GET A REFUND BUT ITS TOO LATE. PLEASE FIX AND MAKE THESE IMPROVEMENTS.Game keeps crashing or freezing in superstar mode PS5
Every time i try to enter superstar mode it enters the opening combine cutscene, whenever i go to skip it, the game either crashes altogether, or it goes into this soft locked camera angle and i can't do anything other than close the game. I've done effectively every method of troubleshooting from uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing the cache, deleting save data, rebuilding the console's database, even factory resetting my console, nothing has worked. I believe the save file is corrupted but there is no way to actually delete it from what i have seen and i literally can not play the game mode despite it being the only reason i made the purchase. I can play literally every other game mode but crashing only takes place in superstar. If anyone has encountered this or is aware of a fix i would really appreciate it thanks.Superstar mode unplayable
I know a lot of people seem to be having the same issue when you finish combine you get a black screen and can’t progress any further. How have they not fixed this ? This isn’t even a glitch making it hard to play, you just straight up can not play that part of the game. EA just making their reputation worse.Superstar mode needs to be fixed.
Extremely disappointed that Superstar Mode still doesn’t work on Madden 26. It’s honestly ridiculous at this point — EA Sports clearly doesn’t care about the fans or fixing their game, just cashing in every year. We deserve better. This will be my last time ever purchasing any EA product. For me, it’s been atleast 2 weekends where Superstar mode has been down and from what I see some people have been dealing with this longer than that.Mut lineup screen update
So I have other posts on this but since the help desk said get more engagement and upvotes here I am again. After spending two hours on ea help, I'm convinced there's not going to be a fix on this. One of the reps legit used an AI generated response as an answer for things for me to try (already tried them. It's been 4 weeks remember!) I can't, in sound mind, continue to put money into a broken game mode/game. So here's the solution: STOP PLAYING ULTIMATE TEAM AND BUYING POINTS UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS FIXED! Reduced revenue on packs and points will maybe get these guys to fix the game. So if you've been having problems like me (missing out on 2 promos because of bugs on this game/game mode,) join me in generating some change by staying off the pack store, auction house, all of it. Stop holding out on the fixes for your broken game!My Challenges Do NOT Load.
I can’t play the new challenges or load the challenges I can use every other feature in the game but nothing i’ve done will fix this problem if I can’t fix it i’ll have to quit Madden because I can’t progress or get any tokens for the new promos I get stuck on this screen every time
Trying to contact Ea for over a year.
My game has been crashing since early Madden 25. Don't ask me why I continue to buy the game because I don't know. I have tried everything to try to fix this making me believe I have corrupt data within my account. This company has a terrible support team who has never gotten back to me through forums, dms, emails.
