I've had no audio from day 1/this game is horrible

I am very sad to say I recently made the mistake of purchasing madden 26 and completely wasting my money. Not only is skill based matchmaking or even team overall matchmaking non-existent, the game is also completely unplayable for several other reasons. The main issue being out of the several times over the past week playing the game I have had ZERO audio except for the first time playing. Before ea starts telling me to update drivers or check software/hardware issues on my end, trust me I have exhausted all options. Even repaired game files and deleted and re-installed, what it boils down to is the fact that ea developed a horrible game per usual. Aside from the fact that I haven't heard any audio from the game at all it crashes every other time I try to play it. I am honestly furious at this point and don't even really want my game fixed I just want my money back from these sleezy criminals that call themselves developers. I doubt I'll even get any help from ea with these issues because they genuinely do not care about the experience their players have as long as they keep draining money from our pockets. Oh and not to mention they have no available customer service phone number or email just goes to show how much they care. I can say with absolute confidence that regardless of whether ea solves this issue for me they will NEVER get a single penny out of my wallet or a second of my time put in to any of their horribly made pay to win games ever again.
