Just bought the game. Keep having glitches!

Just bought the game. Keep having glitches! When I’m trying to play my opponent and they are trying to do their play it won’t let them. It keeps timing out. It doesn’t do this every time but most times. Then when I am punting the ball, every single time no one is there to receive it. Very fustrating. For how much money it costs, you wouldn’t think it would have this many glitches. Disappointed
