Losses registering on cpu games

Finished my 2nd game and came to the menu to find i am listed as having a loss in a game 3 I never played. Never started , never quit. This is the cpu challenges , so one loss screws me out of the top reward. Feel really screwed over with no way to report this. Hopefully someone can help.
