Madden26’ Franchise - Unable to Connect to Server

Question

Hey everyoneIve tried everything. We bought madden 26’ today (online) and my son is trying to play on Franchise Mode. Xbox Series XEvery time he clicks save for the team, it gives an error message (cannot connect to EA Server). He can only use Quick Play mode.&nbsp;I’ve done a hard reset, cleared the cache, tried to verify his EA account without success (it won’t let him send me a verification email), checked our network settings etc. we do not have a game pass account.&nbsp;can anyone help?

its down for all of us unfortunately! all the online stuff is under maintenance currently and don't have any timeline on when it will be back up and running.&nbsp;

Because it's EA, the fix would be to purchase the ultimate edition or just buy anything from the store cause money money money we like money
