Unable to connect to Online Services

No matter what I do I can't connect and finish my Superstar mode. It keeps telling me "You have lost connection to EA Servers. You will be unable to access an online features until you sign n to the EA Servers again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information."  But this don't do squat. I did all the trouble shooting I can do. This all started the day I posted on the forums that I cannot change the speed of the game and its unplayable. So kinda seems like intent going on here. I can't find anyway to live chat at all to fix this. Now what?

Same happening for me. But I'm wanting to play Ultimate Team. It let me on long enough to get NFL honors welcome pack.

I keep getting the same thing. Try logging into your ea account around the same time you're loading up the game and it's worked for me the last week and a half that its been doing it

This is also the only EA Game which I have issues accessing online services (College Football and EA FC working fine)

having same issues in South Korea for some reason it's been ongoing problem from about week ago

Same problem. Contacted live chat today & they ran me through troubleshooting but didn’t fix it so said they’d pass it on to technical team to investigate. Hopefully there’s a fix soon

Hi, I’m having persistent connection issues with Madden 26 on PS5 in New Zealand. Is this a known problem, and is there any workaround to fix it?

Been happening for days for me. So frustrating 

The same thing has been happening to me repeatedly for the past 2-3 months. For the past 2-3 days, nothing has been working at all; I can no longer load Ultimate Team.
